Good — you should have one, and we don't replace it. That's your planning and compliance system for students already inside your programs, already logged in, already assigned a counselor. Ask a different question: how does an incoming 8th grader's mom find out you run a diesel technology program? She doesn't have an account. That's the gap we fill. We work on everyone who hasn't logged in yet — and we tell you what they want before they ever pick a course. Different job. We don't replace anything, we feed it.

Your projections tell you how many students are coming. They’re built from historical enrollment, housing development, boundary and yield data, and they’re generated at the district and grade level. Keep them — that’s the right tool for staffing, transportation and facilities, and we don’t do that job. It just can’t answer a CTE question. There is no pathway dimension in a grade-level projection: knowing 265 more students are coming doesn’t tell you whether to add a section of diesel tech or stand up a cybersecurity pathway. And the model only ever sees the students who fit. If your welding program has been capped at 24 seats for six years, the projection reads 24 and calls it stable — the students who wanted in and couldn’t get in were never recorded anywhere, in any system you own. A projection gives you a number. It cannot give you a name. We don’t forecast CTE demand. We capture it — the count for your board, and the named list for your directors.

A page tells people what programs exist. It doesn't capture who's interested, it doesn't tell you which program drew them, and it doesn't hand you a list you can take to the board when you're setting capacity. This isn't a website line item — it's a recruiting instrument funded from CTE program money, which means it doesn't compete with your district site for the same dollars and doesn't need the communications office to approve it. There's also nothing for IT to integrate: no SIS connection, no data-sharing review, no ticket in the technology queue.

Your platform includes all the video assets you need to go live — program loops and :30 video promos with VO in all language options desired for each program. If you already have professionally produced videos, we'll use those.

Your district stays in control. We act as a school official under FERPA, and we'll sign your data privacy agreement — or the SDPC National DPA, if your state alliance uses one. The interest form only collects what a district can legally collect from a student, and every field is configurable: if your privacy officer would rather we collect no personal information at all, we ship that build and the platform still works. Submitted info is stored in an access-controlled, encrypted database under our sole control, hosted on U.S. cloud infrastructure. No other institution can read your records. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared beyond the hosting, database, and email services that operate the platform — the same infrastructure layer any enterprise system runs on, each contractually bound to the same protections. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no retargeting. Leads land where you tell them to — your district's own spreadsheet, your team's inbox — and you can have the records deleted at any time.
